This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of San Antonio, a Texas Municipal Corporation (“City”) acting by and through its City Manager, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2014-10-09- passed and approved on the 9th day of October, 2014 and Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) by and through its CEO/ Principal, Daniel Iacofano (“Consultant”), both of which may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
