This Agreement entered into by between Merge Labs, Inc., with its principal place of business located at 22211 IH-10 West Suite 1206, San Antonio, TX 78257 ("Contractor"), and Dutchess Board of Cooperative Educational Services, with its principal place of business located at 5 BOCES Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 ("Dutchess BOCES"). Upon being executed by Contractor's and Dutchess BOCES's authorized representatives, this Agreement shall be deemed to be in full force and effect.
