This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective July 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between DISH Wireless L.L.C. Pulaski, Inc., Frontier Communications of Orion, Inc., Frontier Communications - Midland, Inc., Frontier Communications - Prairie, Inc., and Frontier Communications - Schuyler, Inc., each corporations organized under the laws of the State of Illinois (collectively “Frontier”), each with offices at 109 E Market, Bloomington, IL 61701 (Frontier and DISH Wireless may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
