This Second Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services ("Second Amendment") is made by and between the City of Rancho Cordova (“City”) and R.E.Y. Engineers, Inc. (“Professional”) as of October 3, 2022. City and Professional are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
