The following terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into and form a part of any contract between The New Zealand Refining Company Limited, trading as Refining NZ (“Refining NZ”) and the supplier whose name and details appear on the front of this Purchase Order (the “Supplier”) for supply of goods and/or services, to the exclusion of any terms and conditions set out in the Supplier’s quotation, estimate, invoice, statement, delivery docket or other document containing the Supplier’s terms and conditions or terms of trade.
