This agreement is intended to allow uninterrupted utility services to the rental properties listed below upon the tenant vacating the residence. Whenever a request is received to discontinue services in the name of the occupying tenant as of the effective date, the owner/property manager, do hereby authorizes City of Conover to continue utility services to the residence from the effective date of disconnection.
