THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated, for reference purposes only, as of , and is entered into by and between REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF DESERT HOT SPRINGS, a public body, corporate and politic (“Buyer” or “Agency”) and COACHELLA VALLEY HOUSING COALITION, INC. (“Seller”) for the purchase and sale of certain real property located in the City of Desert Hot Springs, California (“City”) and hereafter defined as the “Property.” Agency and Seller may be referred to herein as the “Parties” or either of them may be referred to as a “Party.”
