[insert address], including its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (hereafter“Reseller”), hereby personally and unconditionally guarantee and promise to pay Tech Data any obligations of Reseller to Tech Data and I hereby agree to bind myself to pay Tech Data on demand any sum which may become due to Tech Data by Reseller, whenever Reseller shall fail to pay the same.
