This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of August 22, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), between PEG Bandwidth MD, LLC (“PEG”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 107 Saint Francis Street, Suite 1800, Mobile, AK 36602-3318 and Verizon Maryland LLC (“Verizon”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and PEG may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
