WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND HOSTING AGREEMENT THIS WEBSITE HOSTING AGREEMENT (Agreement) was made on June 1, 2004, by and between Fuzzy Bunny Web Design Ltd., a Canadian corporation (Supplier), and PortaltoChina.com, Inc., a Nevada corporation (Client). 1. DEFINITION. 1.1 CONTENT means all text, pictures, sounds, graphics, videos and other data supplied by the Customer to the Provider pursuant to Section 2.1 or 4.1(c), as the material may be modified from time to time. 1.2 DESIGN FEES means the fees specified in EXHIBIT A for website development services provided pursuant to Section 2. 1.3 DOMAIN NAME means the domain name specified for the Website by the Customer from time to time.
