This document is intended to serve as a Master Agreement Governing Projects for which services is requested in writing by City of Green Bay and accepted by the Architect between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022. The work for all projects requiring architectural services shall be performed pursuant to a project specific executed Service Authorization Agreement (see Attachment A). The Service Authorization Agreement shall describe the architectural services to be provided and shall be executed by the Architect and City of Green Bay. The Service Authorization Agreement shall specify the terms of the specific project and reference this modified B104 document for incorporation.
