This Loan has been provided to refinance your existing personal loan and help ease the financial difficulties you are experiencing. This will be done by reducing your regular payment amounts by extending the term of your existing personal loan under this Agreement. This loan will replace your existing personal loan which will be cancelled and we will not advance any additional funds to you under this Agreement. You should contact us if your situation (including your income and expenses) materially changes at any time during the term of this Agreement.
