THIS CONTRACT is made between the CITY OF SUMNER, a Washington municipal corporation (hereinafter the "City"), and PBS Engineering and Environmental, Inc., organized under the laws of the State of Washington, located and doing business at 214 E Galer St, Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98102-3716, 206-233-9639 (hereinafter the “Consultant”)(collectively, the “Parties”).
