This is a legal agreement between you, the user ("Licensee") and Imperas Software Limited (“Imperas”). By downloading any Imperas Software Program including Binaries, Executables, Source, Application Programming Interfaces, Models, and Documentation ("Software") from the internet, or by otherwise installing or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement (the "Agreement").
