(“You”) is effective immediately and is issued pursuant to and incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement (the "MSA") by and between Intermedia and You. The terms and conditions of this Schedule are applicable to the Intermedia SecuriSync service only, and “Service” as used in this Schedule refers only to the Intermedia SecuriSync service.
