Activating the checkbox ‘I accept the terms in the License Agreement’, downloading, installing, accessing or using CEVOTEC Software constitutes that You (i) have read this Agreement, (ii) understand it and accept it, and that You (iii) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. CEVOTEC does not require Your declaration of acceptance to be received at its premises. CEVOTEC is willing to license the Software to you only upon the condition that you purchased or ordered the Software within the scope of a valid purchase agreement and/or order form with CEVOTEC or a reseller authorized by CEVOTEC (collectively, the “Seller”) and that You accept all of the terms contained in this EULA accompanying CEVOTEC Products, the purchase agreement, order form and/or available at the time of your order (collectively, the “Agreement”). If You do not agree to all of the terms of the Agreement, then CEVOTEC is unwilling to license the Software to You and You should deactivate the checkbox ‘I accept
