This Agreement is made and entered into this 17 day of June 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between Smarter Agent Mobile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 756 Haddon Ave, Suite 300 E, Collingswood, NJ 08108 (“Smarter Agent”), and the MLS of Greater Cincinnati, Inc. located at 14 Knollcrest Dr, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237 (“CincyMLS”). Smarter Agent and CincyMLS are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and individually, without distinction, a “Party”.
