This Amendment (“Amendment”) effective April 15, 2021, to the Audio Visual Equipment and Accessories Alternate Contract Source No. 52161500-ACS-16-1 (“ACS” or “Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Crestron Electronics, Inc. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and is effective upon execution by both Parties. All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the ACS Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
