This Temporary Transportation Improvement Cost Participation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), between the City of Manor, Texas, a Texas home rule municipality (the “City”), and Whole Foods Market Rocky Mountain/Southwest L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“Whole Foods”). The City and Whole Foods are herein sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
