THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company (“Company”) and Ameritech Mobile Communications, LLC d/b/a Cingular Wireless (“Carrier”), as of the day of , 2001. Company and Carrier are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
