In consideration of the engagement of (“Actor”) by Rollins College (as hereinafter defined) as a model/actor, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, I on behalf of myself, or if the Actor is a minor, on behalf of my minor child, grant to Rollins College on a perpetual, irrevocable and unrestricted basis the right to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic portraits or pictures and/or video tape footage of the Actor, including the Actor’s face and/or image ( the “Actor’s Likeness”), in which the Actor may be included in whole or in part, whether as a composite or distorted in character or form, and whether in conjunction with the Actor’s own name or a fictitious name.
