This Cooperative Agreement (Agreement) between the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) sets forth responsibilities of the signatory agencies (Parties) relative to coordination of highway construction projects with the goal of prioritizing timely design and implementation of highway improvements.
