This Agreement is effective as of September 30, 2022 between the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (the “DBHDS”) and the Community Services Board (“CSB”), collectively hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”, entered into this Agreement to govern Certified Preadmission Screening Clinicians Requirements for certain preadmission screening evaluations. This Agreement is attached to and made part of the performance contract by reference.
