Waiver & Release: Must be physically signed by all entrants & volunteers. I know that running, walking or volunteering in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I am medically able and properly trained for the race/walk or volunteer activities. I assume all risks associated with running /walking/volunteering in the event including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather including heat and humidity, lifting of objects, traffic and the conditions of the roads, all such risks of racing/walking/volunteering being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of acceptances of my participation, I, for myself, my heirs, executor, or anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Long Beach Neighborhood Foundation, Mercury Events, Holy Innocents Parish & School, The City of Long Beach, Pacific Coast Race Timing, JCL and employees, all race sponsors, partners and vendors, The County
