The Contractor covenants and agrees to provide the County with the scope of work as outlined in the contract documents, including but not limited to labor, equipment, materials and other items necessary to perform the Work. The services provided under this Agreement will be conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of the Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions.
