This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Consulting Agreement”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between Level Up Impact Group, LLC (the “Consultant”), and The Children’s Trust of Alachua County (the “Client”) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
