The Government of the Portuguese Republic and the Government of the Republic of Korea (hereafter referred to as "Parties"), desirous to develop co-operation relations between both countries in the fields of Language and Culture, Education, Science, Technology and Higher Education, Media, Youth and Sports, and acting in accordance with the provisions of the Cultural Agreement signed on the 21st November 1990, decided on the following Co- operation Program for the years of 2005-2007. Whenever reference to the Parties is made, the Parties of the above-mentioned Agreement are meant.
