y3. MUTUAL COOPERATION. DSC agrees to provide the Services in a timely and professional manner and Client agrees to aid DSC by making available all reasonable and necessary information and by cooperating with DSC as requested. In addition, DSC may rely on all Client decisions and Client approvals conveyed to DSC, in verbal or written form, surrounding the Services. Should any delays occur due to Client’s failure to meet its responsibilities, which would materially alter the economics of DSC’s perfformance, the parties shall mutually agree to reasonable modifications in DSC’s compensation and delivery of the Services.
