IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into this day of August 2020, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado whose address is 530 East Main St., Suite 302, Aspen, Colorado 81611 (“Pitkin County”) and the Stone Road Association whose address is PO Box 145, Basalt, Colorado 81621 (the “Association”). Pitkin County and the Association may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties.”
