This agreement for the provision of professional real estate advisory services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 6th day of March, 2012, by and between the City of Redlands (“City”), and Kosmont & Associates, Inc. doing business as Kosmont Companies (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
