This Sales Representative Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and effective as of January 15, 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between Legends Sports Media, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company with offices located at 5127 Shotwell St. Woodstock, GA 30188, (the “Representative”) and East Side Baseball Association (ESBA) located at PO Box 71443, Marietta GA 30067, and playing out of Fullers Park, located at 3499 Robinson Rd. Marietta, GA 30068 (the “Property”). The Representative and the Property may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
