THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of , 2019, by and between the Seabrook Economic Development Corporation, situated in Harris County, Texas ("EDC"), and Moshe Allen, an individual doing business as Americano’s Café, (“Americano’s”), a coffee shop/restaurant to be located at 2900 NASA Parkway, Suite 310, Seabrook, TX 77586, (“Owner” or "Developer"). EDC and Owner are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Parties."
