One (1) 3 foot by 8 foot sign to be placed on the fence in one of the baseball, football or lacrosse fields at Lion’s Field. “PYA” shall have the sole discretion to determine the actual placement of the sign. “Patron” will determine what shall be written on the sign; however the design and content must be approved by the “PYA,” who shall have complete discretion in approving the sign. It shall be the sole responsibility of the “PYA” to maintain the sign and in the event the sign is destroyed or damaged, it is the sole obligation of the “PYA” to replace or repair the sign, within a reasonable time frame.
