This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) sets forth the terms and understanding between the City of Eureka (“City”) and the Humboldt Transit Authority, a joint powers authority (“HTA”) concerning the development, construction and operation of an intermodal transit center (“ITC”). The City and HTA are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. The MOU is made effective on , 2021 (“Effective Date”).
