This is an agreement for electric and/or gas supply service between Titan Gas, LLC dba CleanSky Energy (“CleanSky” or “CSE”) and Customer (“you” or “Customer”), for the service address(es) set forth in Customer’s contract summary (“Contract Summary”) or Energy Service Agreement (“ESA”). Together, this Contract Summary or ESA, including the terms of service set forth herein, collectively describe Customer’s agreement to purchase electric and/or natural gas generation service from CleanSky Energy (“Agreement”). This Terms of Service (“TOS”) document details the procedures and terms of the Agreement and is generic with regards to specific pricing and contract terms.
