The County Department of Supervisors of the County of Marin has adopted, and the voters of the County of Marin (hereafter called “County” or “District”) have approved by the required majority vote, the County of Marin Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance (hereafter called “Ordinance”), a copy of which is attached hereto. To carry out the provisions of Part 1.6 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code and the Ordinance, the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, (hereinafter called the “Department”) and the County do agree as follows:
