FUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MENLO PARK COMMUNITY CAMPUS This Funding and Improvement Agreement for the Menlo Park Community Campus (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of 3/29/2021 , (the “Effective Date”), by and between Facebook, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Facebook”), and the City of Menlo Park, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the “City”) (each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”). RECITALS WHEREAS, the City currently owns and operates the Onetta Harris Community Center, Menlo Park Senior Center, and Belle Haven Youth Center (collectively, the “Existing Community Center”), which provides approximately 35,000 square feet of multi-purpose, community, and recreational space located at 100-110 Terminal Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025 (the “Property”).
