These Terms and Conditions constitute the Terms of Service (hereafter the “Terms & Conditions”) between Blockchain Game Partners Inc. dba Gala Games (referred to as “Company”) and any person, customer, or entity (referred as the “User”) utilizing the website, All Access store and any products, features and services provided thereon. These Terms & Conditions do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between Company and User. By signing up for an account and purchasing any experiences or items in the All Access Store (defined below) via BEAMS (“BEAMS” refers to virtual tokens provided by the Company for testing purposes only. These tokens hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency), the User has read and consents to these Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Use on the Gala Music website here.
