This Patent Option Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective on the date of the last authorized signature below ("EFFECTIVE DATE"), between (“COMPANY”), having the address in Article 7 below, and the Arizona Board of Regents on behalf of the University of Arizona, an Arizona body corporate ("ARIZONA"). ARIZONA and COMPANY are referred to herein individually as “Party” and jointly “Parties”).
