This agreement is between Conejo Valley Unified School District (“Local Educational Agency” or “LEA”) and the United States University (“University”), who may be referred to collectively as the parties. This Agreement describes and confirms the expectations and responsibilities of the Parties regarding the Program through which University students enrolled in a teacher credentialing program (“Student” or “Students”) will gain teaching experience in the public school setting.
