THIS LEASE AGREEMENT shall commence July 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date ”), by and between the CITY OF DUNEDIN, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” and PINELLAS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” jointly referred to as the “Parties” (the “Agreement”), which terms include each party’s respective heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, legal representatives and successors.
