These terms and conditions, together with the accompanying sales order form and attachment(s) thereto, if any (the “Order”), constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between Entrust Datacard Corporation (“Company”) and the purchaser listed on the Order (“Customer”) governing the purchase by Customer of the ”Equipment,” “Supplies” and “Software” (together, “Products”) and/or services (“Services”) (collectively, the “Deliverables”) identified on the Order.
