This Agreement entered into by between TestOut Corporation, with its principal place of business located at 50 S Main Street, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 ("Contractor"), and Dutchess Board of Cooperative Educational Services, with its principal place of business located at 5 BOCES Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 ("Dutchess BOCES"). Upon being executed by Contractor's and Dutchess BOCES's authorized representatives, this Agreement shall be deemed to be in full force and effect.
