This Memorandum of Agreement is subject to ratification by the members of Local 189 and is made November 18, 2020 between the Bargaining Representatives of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Patience Lake Division, and the United Steelworkers, for itself and on behalf of its Local 189. Both parties undertake to recommend the terms of this agreement for acceptance to their Stakeholders for ratification.
