This Right of Entry Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of September, 2017 by and between HIDALGO CO. DRAINAGE DISTRICT #1 as Owner, having an address of 902 N DOOLITTLE RD, EDINBURG, TX 78542 (hereinafter “HIDALGO CO. DRAINAGE DISTRICT #1”), and The Lane Construction Corporation, having an address of 90 Fieldstone Court, Cheshire, CT 06410 (hereinafter “Lane”) Each of HIDALGO CO. DRAINAGE DISTRICT #1 and Lane is sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties”.
