(individually, collectively and interchangeably, “Lessee”), and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, the condominium located at the municipal address of 3324C Lake Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802 (the “Premises”), for an initial term commencing on the 10th day of May, 2020, and ending on the 30st day of November, 2020. After this time if it is agreed to by lessor and lessee, these terms and agreement will be automatically renewable every 6 months unless either party provides the other with a 30day written notice.
