These SUYRT G-Cloud 14 Services Terms and Conditions (“SUYRT Terms” or “Supplier Terms”) form part of an agreement for the provision of services by SUYRT Limited (“SUYRT”) under a call-off agreement (“Call-Off Agreement”) as defined in the UK Government Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 14 Services Framework Agreement between SUYRT Limited and the Crown Commercial Service (“Framework Agreement”). They apply between SUYRT Limited (the “Company”) and each party (the “Client”) entering into a Call-Off Agreement.
