MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY AGREEMENT (“Activity Agreement”) is made effective as of the date it is executed by and among the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, a joint powers agency of the State of California (“Authority”), and at least three of its members (“Members”). Capitalized terms used in this Activity Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2 below.
