You have elected to join the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("HPE") ArcSight Marketplace Application Distribution Program (the “Program”). Participation in the Program will allow you to submit your Applications for possible distribution through the ArcSight Marketplace offered by HPE. Before you (“You” or “Developer”) access any of the materials or services which HPE provides to you under this Program, please read the terms and conditions of use below. Access to the Developer Portal for distribution of Applications is subject to the terms and conditions of this HPE Distribution Program Agreement (the "Agreement"). The Agreement is effective as of the date You click on the "Accept" button (the “Effective Date”) to indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the Developer Portal or participate in the Program.
