The Children’s Mercy Hospital’s Graduate Medical Education (CMHGME) Department has recommended your acceptance into the Pediatric Fellowship Training Program (“Program”) at the postgraduate year level 4 of training from to . Although you may rotate to other hospitals during the Program, the primary site for your clinical training in the Program will be Children’s Mercy Hospital (CMH) in Missouri. This hospital, and all other hospitals to which you rotate during the Program, are referred to herein collectively as Affiliated Hospitals and each individually as an Affiliated Hospital.
